Even a heart of gold, can break. Almost everyone has experienced heartbreak, of one kind or another, at some time in their lives. Be it lost love, death, loss of self, and so on. Trying to explain how it really feels is difficult, so I've visualized it, at least as how I see it. This broken heart is split nearly in two, and stitched with wire and patches, and still cracking and fissuring. This sensitive morsel is wrought in hand textured and distressed brass, hammered German Silver, and copper. Laced together with German Silver wire, and hung on an antiqued brass 18" chain. If your heart bleeds for this, heal thyself, and buy it.
