Luscious Laborodite

An early Happy Holidays to you, my marvelous minions!! I've been busily working away in my shop, like a better built, gothy Sinterclause. And I have some amazing things to share. I know I've been making a *LOT* of rings and earrings lately, so I decided to change things up and make some pendants and necklaces. And my dears they are LÖRGE and fabulous. This first one, is a whopping Laborodite cabochon, and it is incredible. It's over 3" of pure scintillating fury. The color is breathtaking, and on both sides. This not so dainty darling is caged in a very ornate, Gothic wrought iron gate style bezel setting, of fine silver. The intricacy of the filligree really offsets the vibrancy of the gem's natural beauty and flash. It's set on a skeletonized base of sturdy solid sterling silver. The back of the pendant is fully open, to allow the full majesty of the crystal to show, and allow light all the way through it. The whole magical mess is hung on a meaty, solid sterling chain, with a crab claw clasp. Highly polished, antiqued silver, coupled with sheer size, makes this a comfortingly weighty statement piece, not for the faint of heart. This piece commands attention, it doesn't ask. This little devil is avaible for immediate sale, and I have quite a few other equally spectacular Laborodites in stock, if you had something a little less, or more involved in mind.
